Where and when do you deliver?

We offer free delivery within San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties.

How soon can I get my first set of meals?

Should you place an order prior to 2 pm on Sunday, we will arrange for delivery on the ensuing Sunday or Monday, contingent upon the week’s demand. Our utmost endeavor is to promptly deliver nutritious meals to you.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

Being present at home is not a requirement for delivery. Our delivery drivers will update you on their route progress and meal arrival. Our meals are securely packed in thermal insulated bags with ice packs, allowing them to remain at your doorstep for up to 3 hours after delivery.Our driver will notify you through text regarding the dispatch and subsequent delivery of your package.

Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?

Your environmental awareness is truly valued. The delivery bags are indeed yours to keep. To support sustainability, we sanitize and reuse them whenever feasible. Should you opt to leave the bags outside for collection on Sundays, rest assured they will be thoroughly sanitized and repurposed for upcoming deliveries. In the unfortunate event that your bag is stolen, we offer a 50% discount on the replacement cost of a new bag. This policy aims to alleviate the inconvenience and ensure you continue to receive your meals without significant delay or additional cost.

Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Address? Here’s What to Do!

If a failed delivery is due to a client error, such as providing an incorrect address, not supplying necessary delivery instructions, or requesting a last-minute change to the delivery day or address, the following fees will apply:

Recovered Bag: If the bag is recovered, a $7 fee will apply for re-delivery. This fee covers the additional handling and transportation costs.

Unrecoverable Bag: If If the bag cannot be returned to our facility, we offer a 50% discount on the replacement cost of a new bag. This policy ensures that you can still receive your meals with minimal extra cost.

Changing Your Address After Dispatch? Here’s What to Know!

Prior to Dispatch: There will be no charge for changing the delivery address before your bag is dispatched. This allows for flexibility in your plans and ensures that your meals are delivered to the correct location.

Post-Dispatch: If the delivery address is changed after dispatch and the driver are 2 miles radius change, no charge will be applied. Otherwise, a $7 fee will apply. This fee covers the additional logistical efforts required to redirect the delivery.

Post-Dispatch without Return Possible: If the delivery address is changed after dispatch and the driver cannot bring the bag back, a 50% fee will apply. This policy helps cover the costs associated with preparing and delivering a new bag to the updated address.

How does billing work?

Billing will be automatically initiated every Wednesday at noon for the upcoming week. If you intend to pause, skip, or downgrade your subscription, kindly reach out to us before the Wednesday noon billing deadline to make necessary arrangements.

Can I switch plans?

When do I get the workout plan?

Upon confirming your initial order, a complimentary 90-day synchronized workout plan will be dispatched to your email within a maximum of one day following your order. If, by any chance, you have not received this plan, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@mealprepsundaysandiego.com, and we will promptly rectify the situation and ensure the plan’s timely delivery to you.

Do I have to reorder every week?

Not at all, after your initial purchase, you will smoothly transition into our recurring payment process. This means you will experience automated billing each Wednesday at noon, ensuring your meals are conveniently delivered to your doorstep every Sunday.

Can I substitute a meal I don’t like?

Certainly, you have the option to select the specific meals you desire directly on our website. Alternatively, you can inform us of your dietary restrictions and preferences, and we will automatically curate the meal selection for you. To ensure your personalized meal selection for the week, please make your choices from Monday evening until 12:00pm PT on Wednesday. This time frame ensures our culinary team has ample time to source the freshest ingredients and craft your meals to perfection.

Do you offer a one-time trial without subscription commitment?

Absolutely! Once you sign up for a plan, you’re automatically enrolled in our weekly subscription service. However, if you’d like to pause your subscription without any ongoing commitment, it’s easy to do so. Simply head to My Account and select Suspend Account to place your account on hold. This pause is completely free of charge. We’ll look forward to hearing your feedback, and when you’re ready to continue, just reactivate your account at any time. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make your experience as convenient and flexible as possible.

Cut-Off Time

Cut-off times are essential deadlines that ensure smooth and efficient service for our clients and deliveries. They help maintain the organization and predictability of our operations, allowing us to purchase ingredients and schedule our team for preparation. Any changes to your order after this time may result in wasted products.

Cancellation

Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You may cancel your upcoming delivery through your dashboard anytime before Wednesday at 12 PM (noon). If you cancel within this window, your subscription will be paused, no charges will be applied, and no delivery will occur for the current week.
Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM): If you cancel after Wednesday at 12 PM, the cancellation will automatically apply to the following week’s delivery. You will still be charged, and the meals will be delivered as scheduled.
Penalty Cut-Off Time (Between Wednesday 12 PM and Saturday 10 AM): Between Wednesday at 12 PM and Saturday at 10 AM, you can choose to cancel your delivery with a 20% penalty fee. To update your meals, visit our website between Monday at 6 pm and Wednesday at 12 pm. If you do not make a selection, our system will automatically choose meals based on your preferences and restrictions.

These credits are valid throughout your subscription period and must be used by 12 pm on Saturday. Changes made with these credits will be applied to the current week’s delivery.

Upgrade/Downgrade Meal Plan

Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 pm): You can upgrade or downgrade your meal plan through your dashboard account before Wednesday at 12 pm. Any changes made within this timeframe will be applied to your upcoming delivery.

Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 pm): If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your meal plan after the cut-off time on Wednesday at 12 pm, the changes will be applied to the following week’s delivery. Unfortunately, adjustments to the current week’s meal plan cannot be made after the cut-off.
